went to Hk, but not for a much deserved R & R, but to go on a buying trip, hk was not fun at all this time of the month... its was raining like crazy... we were like "basang sisiw" all 4 days of our stay there.

on our first day in hk which is our only free day, we went to harbour city, central & granville being our last stop... was sooo hungry that we bought

& we quickly finished the whole thing in merely 5 minutes while carrying our bags, shopping bags & making a balancing act with an umbrella.

i always love the breakfast at the 11th floor of langham Hotel, its very quiet not too busy compared to buffet breafast downstairs (which is rather chaoitic at times), but what i really loved about the breakfast is the smoked salmon.

langham hotel is having a renovation for the 100th billion time, i was in langham last year for a total of 5-6 times, & they were constantly renovating... but then the room really is quite impressive, especially the bathroom... which kind of reminds me the bathroom in Amsterdam, but made more decent because of the shade.

late bloomer

i am now officially a Gossip Girl fanatic. i really ca't imagine how come i was not intrigued about it, was too much stuck with Grey's Anatomy & CSI: NY & Las Vegas so of course im late again... but then better be late than never.

after 2 1/2 days, i have finally finished Season 1 of Gossip Girl... well actually i could easily finished this in 1 day, if only i have the time.

LOVE

(1) Blair Waldorf (she's gorgeous; i love her fashion sense, i like her Queen Bee attitude... so fierce, & especially the fact that she's easy to forgive, but not to forget which i totally agree with, i love how she's always there for Serena, even after what she did, which is totally unforgivable on my books)

(2) Chuck Bass (i love his cockiness, he's just being true to his self, his fashion sense & i love that he's in love with Blair, he's just afraid that what he's feeling will change him... well duh? don't change your ways, Blair knows everything about you, she'll completely understand what you are capable of, so it's fine.. sleep around)

(3) Nate Archibald (i like him because he's Chuck's friend, he's HOT, i love his bedroom hair & his sexy lips)

(4) Lily van der Woodsen - Bass (she's pretty in her wedding dress, she looks like a much prettier but older sister of Serena)

(5) Jenny Humphrey (for a 14 year old i like her never ending legs )

(6) Georgina (i'm still undecided if i like her or i hate her)

HATE

(1) Serena van der Woodsen (She's too whiney, too many stupid secrets which really should just be resolve ASAP & she doesn't look like 17, she's like the BIG SISTER of everyone in GG)

(2) Dan Humphrey (he needs a life w/o Serena, but he needs to find someone other than Vanessa, maybe he could hook up with Georgina... now i think thats a perfect match, so she could literally turn his world upside down.)

(3) Vanessa (i just don't like her)

(4) Allison Humprey (she's just cant compare with Lily)

only 100 days to go... & ill be another year older.

i plan to throw a party this year, a themed party at that, just to erase the burden of getting older & i really want to have a themed (i still haven't decided yet on this one, but im thinking of something that is between Favorite TV/Movie Character - Favorite Super Hero or something that is less over the top for those friend of mine that are rather tame) semi-big bash... i actually first though about it for my last last birthday, but then things didn't push through.

& i plan to do it at Jollibee.

a very late blog entry this was my agenda for last last last Saturday.

Saturday Agenda:
(1)Hair: my hair is damaged, colored, it had been to Heaven & Hell & what it badly needs is TLC.

(2)Shop: went to Rockwell, not that many new stuff, was eyeing a Zara long dress, that i was imagining myself in for my friends engagement party... hmmmm

(3)Movie: watched SATC w/ Mrs. GVT, Lola & Mother Superior

love - clothes, photo shoot for Vogue, shoes, the walk-in closet, the soundtrack, Dante *ooh-la-la*, Mr. BIG (i just love this Guy)
hate - the movie has a lot of edited scene, Steve (i just hate him), Smith (he's not that HOT anymore)

**if i have to choose between Labels & Love... i would have to say "Love that can give me the Labels" hahaha.

(4)Food: had Salmon & Chicken Combo at Pepper Lunch for Dinner


(5) as i was paying for my dinner, the store called & informed me that Cecile was in the the store & asking if she & BryanBoy can take pictures.... well of course they can take pictures... we LOVE them to death!!!!

Pepper Lunch

Went to Pepper Lunch last May 15, they were having a 3-day test run for Family, Friends & Press people before they officially went open to public on May 16. I was plesantly surprised & excited when Cecile aka Chuvaness personally invited me to visit her new Baby.

The food was superb, service was A+ the people behind the counter even told us their highly recommended dish but i was eyeing the Beef pepper rice before hand... too bad i forgot to take a pic & finish the whole thing in 1 big gulp nyahaha. & as for dessert i had Vanilla Crepe cake & Kuromitsu Soft Ice Cream (ofcourse i shared this with 2 other people because it would be too much if i ate everything hehehe), can't wait to go back again & try the highly sensational Molten Milk Chocolate Cake & the Salmon & Chicken Combo.

to new beginnings

I've been to hell & hell this past few months, but i am taking one step at a time, hope it would all work out perfectly if not then i really don't know what to do. But then, with all the bad things that has happened i honestly believe that i deserve a F*cking break, nobody should feel like a shit head all over & over again.

So here's to new beginnings & to all the people that would cross me... i intend to buy a Shovel & a plot in the Cemetery... don't say that i didn't warn you.

a very petty petty entry

this entry is not earth shattering, its not a scandal, its not important, it would not cure cancer or HIV, it would not make you feel good nor feel bad... its just a petty petty entry... i just need to vent so just bear with me.

if you would ask me 3 yrs. ago who would i be if i were on Grey's Anatomy... i would instantly say Cristina Yang, with a new job as Chief of Surgeon, without Burke (because i'm just too good for him) & with McDreamy, McSteamy & Karev at the palm of my hands like a sick puppy, that how confident i was.

ever since i was a kid i never doubted myself, failure & rejection was never a part of my vocabulary. but then fast forward to now, if i were on Grey's Anatomy... i would be Meredith without McDreamy or McVet, re-taking my internship & Mrs. GVT would be my Cristina, but instead of listening to what she would say, i would just pour my heart to her & just stay still... & do absolutely nothing. thats how bad i am doubting myself.

i am a true blue pessimist but it always works to my advantage, but not anymore... my insecurities has gotten into me & i just hate myself for being that, its not healthy anymore.

last night after venting out my blah problem to Mrs. GVT, she together with her sis has devised 5 simple rule for me to follow:

How to start anew!
1. Leave gadgets at the locker. Ipod/Phone = anti-social.
2. Try to smile back, when someone looks or stares at you.
3. Make an eye contact.
4. Try to start a conversation with a mere Hi & Hello.
5. Be his txt mate.

i can't wait for the long-long weekend... 4 days of bliss.... no work, no meetings, no computers, no emails, no phone calls, no dramas... NO MORE BAD NEWS!!! but then 4 days is just 4 days... hope i could really really take a break & just sleep, eat, sleep, eat & be my usual happy chatty self (well not usual anymore, i've become this boring, exhausted, unhappy girl lately & it's really making the people around me worried, heck even my old cranky neighbor is worried about me).

i so need to catch up on my reading... as i was flipping to "How to find your one true love by Bo Sanchez" i saw my friends message for me... now these 2 are like the total opposite, Mrs. GVT is the epitome of the perfect Mommy, technically she's not a mom or even a soon-to-be bride yet (now this is worthy of another entry soon) but i think she'll snatch the Best Hot Momma award under your nose anytime & the other one is Mokong the original spawn of evil... enough said

Current Addiction: Grey's Anatomy, im in the final episode of Season 3, can't wait to start Season 4... are they still in need of a new character? i so can do a much bitchier/witty/sarcastic/emotionally drained intern, plus my eyes are more prettier than most of them, so its a + that i can still look cute even when all you can see in surgery are my eyes. & then maybe we can add a new twist to the story... why not me... i mean my role as the new love interest for McSteamy... new intern + man-whore... now do i hear *Ka-ching ka-ching" for that?
