Wedding Songs

I don’t know what it is about the year 2007 but a lot of people are getting married… For this year I have a total of 8 weddings to attend to… meaning 8 outfits to think about & 8 gifts to wrap.

& have you notice that when you go to the reception, prior to starting the lunch/dinner... you can hear these crappy music playing & i always wonder why those high price wedding coordinator didnt even have the time to burn a cd made especially for the wedding... tsk-tsk-tsk.

i once went to an engagement party, where the music that was on was coming from a FM station que horror!!!!

Below are some mushy but suggested music to play for those 2 hours of waiting for the groom & bride... which i honestly don't get why they were gone for that long... wer're they starting the honeymoon ASAP?

*instantly fell inlove with these songs after watching Bridget Jones's Diary.

*in one episode of Queer as Folk, Michael & Ben was slow dancing to this song.

*heard this on the radio... loved it eversince.

5. Love's Holiday - Earth Wind & Fire
*been in my playlist for 3 straight years.

6. Once in a Blue Moon - Sidney Forest
*OST from the movie Simply Irresistible.

7. Somebody like you - Keith Urban

8. These foolish things - Rod Stewart
*heard this in American Idol 5, but i think Rod's version is the best.

9. i love you more today than yesterday - Stevie Wonder
