so yesterday

went to "torture" again w/ Teban... then had this very filling meal at Polu Kai at Serendra... i vowed before never to eat there again, i even made a blog entry about it... but i was really hungry & Contis was full as always & i don't feel like trying out other resto & be disappointed again.

i was thinking of getting the Seared Ahi Tuna Salad but then i asked teban if he prefered a Salad or Calamares as an Appetizer & of course he picked the Calamares.

we had the Fried Calamari

it looks like huge french fries, not the usual round shaped Calamari, the texture was very gummy, a bit salty for our taste. super nakakaumay.

i ordered Chicken Kebab w/ Java Rice.

its ok, but forgettable.

this meal lasted a whole day for us, we didn't even had dessert & we almost skipped dinner.

we made plans to watch the much anticipated Wolverine... was planning to have dinner at PL, but then the line was super long as always... so instead we went straight to the cinema to purchase our ticket... now now now Rockwell has 6 cinemas & 5 of them is showing Wolverine... Cinema 1 is showing 17 again (which i also want to watch!) that's how big Wolverine is amid the early releasing of an unfinished copy of it, which jun my beloved PT, had watched during holy week & have attested to the awesomeness(?) of it & persuade me to watch it too!

we initially got the 8:30pm tickets since we still need to have dinner, but after checking our option & realising that we're both still full from our lunch, we choose to watch the 7pm movie instead & had our tickets changed.

it was a very nice movie... was not disappointed at all, everyone is super great!! a very good cast if i may say so..
