The iamninoy Campaign was launched on August 21, 2008 to commemorate the 25th death anniversary of Ninoy Aquino. Part of its objectives was to enable the public to help needy sectors by simply buying iamninoy merchandise from the Campaign's retail partners. On January 25, 2010, the campaign was elevated to the iamninoy-iamcory Movement to honor the memory of the late President Cory Aquino as well.
