Tuna Spaghetti



Ingredients:

1 kilogram Spaghetti noodles
1 can of tuna or tuna flakes (in oil or water, if you prefer)
1 box of grated Kraft cheddar cheese (the same size as a bar of butter)

1 can of Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
a bit of Pepper
½ head of Garlic (finely chopped)
2 tbsps. Olive Oil
½ an Onion (diced)
a dash of Salt

50g of Whole Corn Kernel
Italian seasoning


Procedure:

1. Make the sauce first.
Saute the following ingredients in a little oil, garlic & onion.
Saute until the onion looks quite transparent.
Add the Tuna & Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup.
Add water to fill into 1/2 Campbell Soup can & add to the mixture.
Season the mixture with Pepper & Salt according to taste.
Add Whole Corn Kernel & Italian Seasoning.
Let it simmer.

2. Cook the noodles.
Boil water in a cooking pot. Add some oil and salt.
When the water boils, add the spaghetti noodles.
Cook until “al dente.”

3. Mix the sauce and noodles and arrange them on a serving platter.
